On July 31, 2008 C-Com agreed to merge its local and long distance services business with Denver based Liberty Bell Telecom. The merger is awaiting the approval of the Colorado Public Utilities Commission, and is expected to be completed around the end of August 2008. Please visit www.libertybelltelecom.com/ccom for more information.

The merger creates one of Colorado's largest independent telephone and computing services companies, with over 13,000 lines in service and a broad portfolio of services including phone, internet, voice mail, data backup, fax to email and a group of computer service technicians available to assist our customers on a 24/7 basis.

Existing C-COM customers will see no interruption in service, no change in the way services are delivered and no changes to their prices. The only change will occur beginning in September when the name on your bills will change from C-COM to Liberty Bell.

The C-COM representatives you have come to know so well will be joining Liberty Bell, and we all look forward to serving you for many years to come.
